$10 for the tickets, $36 in the bar, and $35 on food plus the gratuity. We had already spent $100 on the first movie.

He did refund us for the tickets and gave us 2 passes to come back which was nice but we wont be going back there anymore. So I waited and told him what I thought and he did say he was sorry and that he was actually there from Chicago to take care of all the problems going on at this location. So with all that we got up and went to the front to ask for a manger and he was the only one there and was busy with several other issues going on with other guests. And then there was the fact we had ordered popcorn and bottled water 40 minutes and still hadn't came. They were loud and on their cell phones and not even watching the movie. But we stayed for another movie that started at 630 pm and there were more people in there and the clientele they attract here obviously have no upbringing whatsoever. We saw our first movie and it was okay because the place was empty. So today was the first time we have been back and nothing has changed. We used to go here all the time and use the Groupon but the services and the problems we had were so bad we stopped going about a year ago. I will never come back here.First of all we are AMC Stubs A list members but this place is closer to our house and we wanted to see two movies today 1-8-19 so we decided to give this place another try. My biggest regret is not getting the name of the waitress (that served Row D, seats 1-2) and the manager who was rude to my husband. As a black couple, being singled out for something as simple as going down a wrong hallway, tells just how racist this establishment is. If I patronize your establishment, I should be treated with respect. Additionally, the managers' behavior (who was also white or Latino) made me feel like they thought we were common criminals. It is insulting, rude and completely inappropriate for an employee to even joke about. I don't appreciate people insinuating that I'm sneaking into a movie (especially when I'm not). And the managers' abrasive demeanor, due to the fact that my husband was merely looking for me, was aggressive and unnecessary. A manager approached him and in an abrasive tone he asked, "Can I help you with something?" When my husband explained that he was looking for me another employee (a white woman who was our waitress) stated, "Oh, they're just trying to sneak into another movie." Regardless if she was joking or not, that was completely unacceptable.

When I found my way back, I saw my husband outside of the restroom, looking for me. Once I exited the restroom, I made a wrong turn and headed down the wrong hallway (not towards the exit). After the movie was over, my husband and I used the restroom. The last time that my husband and I were here I had a terrible experience.
